AC issues plagued our stay—one room had a malfunctioning unit that made for a very hot environment. The breakfast selection was minimal with only a few disappointing options, compelling us to seek better food outside. We also experienced inconsistent service, having to request extra towels daily in a room booked for three.

The staff's warm hospitality was palpable, especially during breakfast—a delightful variety that reflected local flavors. We also appreciated the thoughtful surprise of balloons and fruit awaiting us in our room.

My room had issues with air conditioning. it felt inconsistent and didn’t always maintain a comfortable temperature. I also experienced a few maintenance concerns, like a shower that leaked and a TV that didn’t work properly despite my requests for assistance. These inconveniences detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.
